i-MEET – Cooperations

Prof. Ulli Scherf

Bergische Universität Wuppertal, Makromolekulare Chemie, Germany:

Prof. Scherf is a leading polymer chemist in the field of conjugated polymers / organic electronics. A long time cooperation between the two groups resulted in mutliple publications in the field of organic photovoltaics.

Imperial College, London, GB

(Prof. J. Durrant, Prof. J. Nelson, Prof. N. Stutzmann, Prof. I. McCulloch, Prof. M. Heeney, Prof. D. Bradley):

Imperial College is one of the leading organizations in the field of organic electronics with a long tradition in the chemical and physical fundamentals of organic semiconductors and semiconductor devices. A long time cooperation between the two groups for more than 10 years resulted in multiple publications on the physics of semiconductor devices.

Prof. Mario Leclerc

Lavall Universität, Quebec, Canada:

Prof. Leclerc is a leading polymer chemist who pioneered the class of conjugated 2,7 polycarbazoles.  A more recent, fruitful cooperation resulted in the first publications on the use of polycarbazoles for photovoltaics.
